13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You agree that arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between you and SYNVIA CORP individually, and shall not include class actions or other consolidated proceedings.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SYNVIA CORP regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
